All pieces purchased from JOHN AND LUNA come with a 6 month warranty period. This warranty is effective from the date of purchase, and covers all manufacturing faults and defects in materials. This warranty does not cover chain breakage, loss, or jewellery that has not been cared for (e.g breaks & tarnishing).
While John and Luna's number one priority is maintaining a high standard of quality, unfortunately, on a rare occasion, a human error may be made.
If your jewellery arrives faulty or damaged, please email email@example.com within 7 days from the receipt of your order. We will then inspect the fault/damage, if deemed faulty/damaged we will happily repair the piece, or offer a replacement free or charge.
Please note that deciding whether the fault is a manufacturing fault or a result of general wear and tear, is up to the discretion of John and Luna. General wear and tear such as chain breakage during the course of normal use is not considered a fault.
If your JL jewels are faulty, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of delivery. From there we will provide you with an address to send your items to.
Please note that items damaged during the posting process cannot be refunded. We highly encourage you to insure your package, John and Luna will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
Due to hygienic purposes and to ensure the safety of our community we DO NOT offer refunds for a change of mind, as we cannot guarantee that they haven’t been worn.
Repairs or replacements requested after the period of six months are considered a result of general wear and tear, and will incur a repair fee (up to $50) + postage fee ($8).
