Teresa Bisazza - Designer and Owner of John and Luna

Teresa grew up on a flower and vegetable farm the small town of Arcadia located in the North West of Sydney, NSW. At a young age she learnt the true meaning of hard work by watching her parents run their family farm and floristry business.

At a young age, Teresa loved recreating old pieces of jewellery, it was a form of therapy, a dream that has now become her reality.

When Teresa launched John and Luna, she was working full time as an underwriter for an insurance company, her career path was in the legal and enforcement field. In November 2020, Teresa resigned from her full time job to run her business full time.

Teresa started making pearl jewellery in 2016. It was her fathers love for pearls that drew her to specialise in pearls. Not only are pearls classic, they hold so many stories that have been passed down throughout history.

John and Luna launched in the winter of 2016 and has since been featured in Vogue Australia, Harpers Bazaar, Tatler, Elle and Oak Magazines
