While John and Luna's number one priority is maintaining a high standard of quality, unfortunately, on a rare occasion, a human error may be made.
If your jewellery arrives faulty or damaged, please email hello@johnandluna.com within 7 days from the receipt of your order. We will then inspect the fault/damage, if deemed faulty/damaged we will happily repair the piece, or offer a replacement free or charge.
Please note that deciding whether the fault is a manufacturing fault or a result of general wear and tear, is up to the discretion of John and Luna. General wear and tear such as chain breakage during the course of normal use is not considered a fault.Â
