While John and Luna's number one priority is maintaining a high standard of quality, unfortunately, on a rare occasion, a human error may be made.
If your jewellery arrives faulty or damaged, please email email@example.com within 7 days from the receipt of your order. We will then inspect the fault/damage, if deemed faulty/damaged we will happily repair the piece, or offer a replacement free or charge.
Please note that deciding whether the fault is a manufacturing fault or a result of general wear and tear, is up to the discretion of John and Luna. General wear and tear such as chain breakage during the course of normal use is not considered a fault.
All pieces purchased from JOHN AND LUNA come with a6 month warrantyperiod. This warranty is effective from the date of purchase, and covers all manufacturing faults and defects in materials. This warranty does not coverchain breakage, loss, or jewellery that has not been cared for (e.g breaks & tarnishing).
Repairs or replacements requested after the period of six months are considered a result of general wear and tear, and will incur a repair fee (up to $50) + postage fee ($8).
